DESCRIPTION:PHASE 3 – SLOPE STABILIZATION PROJECT \nWe would like to inform you of an upcoming road closure on Beach Drive that is necessary to facilitate essential work related to the Phase 3 Slope Stabilization project that is currently underway. Please be assured that we are taking measures to minimize any inconvenience during this period. \nRoad Closure: Tuesday September 19th 2AM – 8AM \nThe closure of Beach Drive is required to complete essential work related to the Slope Stabilization project that is currently underway. We understand the importance of maintaining access to your homes\, and we have implemented the following measures to ensure minimal disruption: \n\nSingle Lane Traffic: As soon as possible Beach Drive will be reopened to local traffic. Construction crew will always be onsite. If required crew will permit single lane traffic for Beach Drive residents only to allow entry and exit of the area safely. \n\nEmergency Vehicle Access: Emergency services will always have access during this road closure. In the event of an emergency\, crew will ensure safe access for emergency vehicles. \n\nNoise/Lighting: Construction crews will make every effort to minimize noise and reduce onsite lighting during construction hours. \nWe kindly request your cooperation during this temporary road closure.
