Event Type: Snow Event – North Vancouver Island

A weather event is anticipated to impact the Northern Vancouver Island Service area over the next 24-48 hours. Heavy wet snow with accumulations of 5-15 cm is anticipated. Before heading out be prepared for winter driving conditions.
Mainroad crews will be patrolling all service area highways and applying winter materials where appropriate until the event passes, roadways are clear and back to normal.
