Water, Sewer & Garbage bills are mailed in January and discounts may be provided for early payments and seniors (65+).

If you have not recieved your utility bill for the current year by mid February or for more information please contact the town office at (250) 956-3111.

Visa & Mastercard: You may come into the Town Office to pay with Visa or Mastercard, or SCAN the QR CODE with the camera on your smart device and it will take you to the Town of Port McNeill’s OptionPay portal. 

*Please note, there will be a processing fee added to your payment total when paying with a credit card.

Visa & Mastercard Debit Card: You may pay through OptionPay with your Visa & Mastercard debit card. A processing fee will be added to your payment total. You may come into the Town Office to pay with your Visa & Mastercard Debit card to avoid the processing fee or to pay with  a regular debit card.

*Please note, there is a $2.00 flat fee up to maximum $500.00 transaction. There is no maximum number of daily transactions. Debit transactions over $500.00 will default to the tiered rate table. 

Online Banking: You may pay through most banks with online banking as a bill payment using your utility account number.
