Winter Cooking Series: SALT

Mount Waddington Community Food Initiative is hosting a winter cooking series based on Samin Nosrat’s SALT-FAT-ACID-HEAT cookbook and show of the same name.
Each night, viewing a different episode and creating some of the recipes to share together.
Registration is $55 and includes all 4 workshops, a special gift and hours of good kitchen fun!
